7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

- Booking Records: Active account duration plus 3 years
- Check-in History: Active account duration plus 3 years
- Subscription History: Active account duration plus 5 years (tax/accounting)
- Student Verification Documents: Student membership duration plus 1 year
- Inactive Accounts: 2 years of inactivity, then archived for 3 years
- Deleted Accounts: 30 days for deletion, up to 90 days in backups

To Update Your Data:
Log in to your account, go to Settings, and click the edit icon next to the information you want to update. For information you cannot update yourself, email us.
To Delete Your Account:
Email us at therookiestudio.ch@gmail.com with subject "Account Deletion Request". Include your full name, email address, and reason for deletion (optional). We will process your request within 30 days.
Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some records may be retained as required by law.
